RETURNS & REFUNDS

Because we sell fresh and frozen food products, our returns policy is necessarily limited for food safety reasons. Please read the information below carefully.

 

Perishable goods

All of our products are perishable food items. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns once an order has been delivered, unless the product is faulty or damaged on arrival.

 

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or in a condition that makes it unsuitable for consumption, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

If the issue is confirmed, we will offer either:

  • A replacement where possible, or

  • A refund for the affected item(s)

 

Delivery issues

If your order is delayed in transit or arrives in an unexpected condition, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate with the courier.

 

Change of mind

We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind once an order has been dispatched, due to the perishable nature of our products.

Local deliveries

The same policy applies to local deliveries. Once an order has been delivered, it cannot be returned unless there is a fault or issue with the product.
