Small Beef Box: A Taste of Everything

Perfect for smaller households or anyone wanting to try a bit of everything, our Small Beef Box gives you a handpicked selection of our favourite cuts. It's a great way to enjoy a variety of cuts while knowing exactly where your beef has come from.

All our beef is vacuum packed for freshness and hung for 28 days to develop a deep, rich flavour.

Each box includes

1 x roasting joint (approx 1.2kg), ideal for a Sunday roast or slicing up cold

1 x slow cooking cut (such as brisket, chuck or braising steak), selected according to availability and always matched for value

2 x prime steaks (fillet, ribeye, rump or sirloin), for a quick midweek or weekend treat

500g stewing beef, great for casseroles, pies or batch cooking

1kg beef mince (2 x 500g packs), your go to for hearty family meals

Every pack of steak is enough for two adults. Sometimes that's two steaks, sometimes it's one big one to slice and share, depending on how the cut comes off the carcass.

Actual contents may vary a little from box to box. If there are any big changes, we'll always talk to you before your box goes out.

Best for Small families, couples, or anyone trying our beef for the first time.

Cooking tip Defrost what you need in the fridge overnight. Start with the steaks for an easy midweek treat, and save the joint for Sunday.
