Packed with a generous mix of our favourite cuts, the Medium Beef Box is ideal for feeding a hungry household or stocking up the freezer.

All our beef is vacuum packed for freshness and hung for 28 days to develop a deep, rich flavour.

Here's what you'll find inside

2 x roasting joints (approx 1.2kg each), for classic Sunday lunches or batch cooking

1 x slow cooking cut (such as brisket, chuck or braising steak), selected according to availability and always matched for value

2kg beef mince (4 x 500g packs), your go to for hearty family meals

1kg stewing beef, for stews, pies and slow cooker favourites

4 x prime steaks (fillet, ribeye, rump or sirloin), for midweek treats or special dinners

2 x butcher's cut steaks (flat iron or skirt), for stir fries, fajitas or grilling with chips

Every pack of steak is enough for two adults. Sometimes that's two steaks, sometimes it's one big one to slice and share, depending on how the cut comes off the carcass.
