Packed with a generous mix of our favourite cuts, the Medium Beef Box is ideal for feeding a hungry household or stocking up the freezer with top-quality, largely grass-fed beef. Every cut is hand-selected from our heritage-breed cattle, 28-day aged for depth of flavour, and vacuum-packed for freshness.

2 x Roasting Joints (approx. 1.2kg each), for classic Sunday lunches or batch cooking
1 x Rolled Brisket (approx 1.2kg),  perfect for slow-cooked comfort food
2kg Mince, your go-to for hearty, nourishing meals
1kg Stewing Beef, a versatile go-to for stews, pies, and slow cooker favourites
4 x Premium Steaks,  a selection of fillet, rib-eye or sirloin steaks midweek treats or special dinners
2 x Value Steaks, a selection of flat iron, skirt and rump steak, for stir fries, fajitas or grilling with chips!
