Taken from the hindquarter, silverside is particularly suited to slow roasting and pot roasting, where gentle cooking allows the meat to become tender and full of flavour.
It is a versatile joint that works well for Sunday lunch or for feeding a larger group.
All our beef is vacuum packed for freshness and aged for 28 days to develop the flavour that well matured beef delivers.
