Feed The Family Beef Box: Local Beef Made Easy
Save 10% compared to buying individual cuts
You asked, and we delivered. A beef box designed with families in mind, so you have flavoursome local beef in the freezer for weekday meals and Sunday roasts all month long. This one is close to our hearts. We're a busy family of four ourselves, and knowing there's beef in the freezer makes menu planning so much easier.
All our beef is vacuum packed for freshness and hung for 28 days to develop a deep, rich flavour.
Inside this box you'll find
2 x roasting joints (around 1.5kg each), perfect for a Sunday roast with enough left over for sandwiches the next day
1 x slow cooking cut (such as brisket, chuck or braising steak), selected according to availability and always matched for value
4kg beef mince, a family freezer staple
4 prime steaks (fillet, ribeye, rump or sirloin), for a family steak night (or save them for when the kids are in bed)
2 butcher's cut steaks (flat iron or skirt), for fajitas, tacos or the grill
Every pack of steak is enough for two adults. Sometimes that's two steaks, sometimes it's one big one to slice and share, depending on how the cut comes off the carcass.
Actual contents may vary a little from box to box. If there are any big changes, we'll always talk to you before your box goes out.
Best for Busy families who cook from scratch a few times a week and love a Sunday roast.
Cooking tip Defrost what you need in the fridge overnight. Steaks and mince for the week, and pop the roasting joint in the fridge on Saturday night ready for Sunday lunch.
