All our beef is vacuum packed for freshness and hung for 28 days to develop a deep, rich flavour.
Inside this box you'll find
3 x roasting joints (approx 1.2kg each), ready for Sunday roasts or sharing with friends and family
2 x slow cooking cuts (such as brisket, chuck or braising steak), selected according to availability and always matched for value
