We’ll occasionally have a small amount of offal available from our cattle, including liver, heart and kidney.

It’s not something we’ve offered before, but we’ve had a growing number of people asking for it.

​

Because it’s ready as soon as the carcass comes back from the abattoir, availability is limited and it doesn’t hang in the same way as the rest of our beef.
