Sirloin Roasting Joint: A Special Occasion Roast
Tender, beautifully marbled and full of flavour, a sirloin roasting joint is one of the finest roasts you can put on the table. It has a layer of fat along the top that bastes the meat as it cooks, keeping it juicy and giving you a gorgeous crispy edge.
It's easy to cook and even easier to carve, which makes it perfect for Christmas, celebrations or a Sunday lunch that feels a little bit special. Choose your joint size above.
All our beef is vacuum packed for freshness and hung for 28 days to develop a deep, rich flavour.
Best for Christmas, celebrations, Sunday roasts and entertaining.
Cooking tip Score the fat and season well. Roast at 220°C (200°C fan) for 20 minutes, then turn down to 180°C (160°C fan) for roughly 10 to 12 minutes per 500g for pink. Rest for at least 15 minutes before carving.
